Lockdex game · lane duels

Who wins?

Two heroes meet in lane. Pick the one that wins the duel more often. Call it right and the winner stays for the next duel; one wrong pick ends the run.

How it works

  1. 1 Each round shows two heroes who met in the same lane. Pick the one that wins that duel more often.
  2. 2 Get it right and your streak grows. The hero that wins the duel stays on the board and faces someone new.
  3. 3 The first rounds have big, clear gaps. The longer your streak, the closer the duels get.
  4. 4 One wrong pick ends the run. Your best streak is saved in this browser.

Where the numbers come from

Every duel is a real lane matchup from public match data over the current patch: 25,864,492 lane duels in total. A pair is only asked when it has at least 500 matches and a winner that is clearly not chance.

Who wins? FAQ

What does "who wins" mean here?

The hero with the higher win rate when the two heroes played the same lane against each other. It includes how strong each hero is overall, not only how their kits interact.

Why are some heroes never paired?

A pair needs at least 500 lane matches and a winner at least 2% away from 50%, so coin flips and small samples are left out.

How often do the numbers change?

The duels are recomputed every hour from the same window as the tier list, so a patch shows up within a day or two.

Is there a daily puzzle?

No. Every run is random, so you can play as many times as you like.
